Description, application

The profiled Cibatur® mat (Material: Rubber) consists of a fabric reinforced elastomer sheet with truncated cone-shaped spring elements on its underside. The surface of the top layer is not only insensitive to weather but also resistant to abrasion, oil and ozone. Cibatur® has a load-adaptive dynamic stiffness. As a result, almost constant low natural frequencies and a high isolation effect are achieved over a wide compressive stress range (0.02 N / mm² - 0.5 N / mm²). Thanks to this special feature, entire projects can be realised with only one type of bearing, the Cibatur®.

Description, application

Ciflex consists of foamed polyurethane. For specific applications and areas of use, different types with different compressive stress ranges can be manufactured. The bearing can be used for decoupling of machines and buildings. The static range of use is 0.01 – 0.9 N/mm² and the dynamic range of use is up to 1.5 N/mm². The lowest possible natural frequency is about 6 Hz.

Description, application

Consists of microcellular closed-cell EPDM material, which can also be used in ground water. Different types of Cisador® can be used for different compression stress ranges. The bearing can be used in all areas of vibration isolation and it is particularly suitable for the support of structures and machines. The bearing thickness varies between 15 - 90 mm, depending on the respective type. The static load range is 0.02 – 1.7 N/mm² and the dynamic load range is about 2 N/mm². The lowest natural frequency is 6 Hz.

Short description

The patented waterproof, encased bearing is a variant of the proven Cibatur® mat. Cimax® was
developed specifically for use under water. The bearing is particularly suitable for support of structures below ground water level. The effective compressive stress range is about 0.03 – 0.5 N/mm² and the max. compressive stress is 1,2 N/mm². The lowest natural frequency is 9 Hz single-layer. Cimax® provide effective protection against disturbing vibrations acting on buildings supported below ground water level.

Description, application

A profiled heavy-duty unreinforced elastomeric bearing with little creep and constant natural frequency for a wide load range. The bearing is particularly suitable for support of machines and structures with high compression stress like pileheads. The bearing consists of NR, is temperature resistant from -30° up to +70°, does not absorb water and is available in different thicknesses. The effective compressive stress range is about 0.5 – 4.0 N/mm² and the max. compressive stress is 5.0 N/mm². The lowest natural frequency is 8 Hz. Cipremont® can be used whenever highly stressed structural members have to be separated from each other for the protection against vibration and
structure-borne noise. Depending on the type of loading the support is either a strip or point support.

Short description

Civerso is a microcellular EPDM with low water absorption. The dynamic modulus of subgrade reaction is ≈ 0.02 N/mm³ for a compressive stress of 50 kN/m², at a frequency range from 5 Hz to 50 Hz and is 20 mm or 42 mm thick depending on type. Civerso is available for applications subject to very low constant loads and for applications subject to greater constant loads with the type used depending on the compressive stress.
The bearing is used for vertical vibration isolation of walls below ground level.

Short description

A highly elastic bearing, fibre-reinforced and profiled, for vibration isolation at low frequencies. The bearing is particularly suitable for support of ventilation systems or similar. Cires® is available in 60 and 125 mm thickness and the standard dimensions are 250 mm x 250 mm. The load range is 2 -6 kN/element und the lowest natural frequency is 5 Hz.

Short description

Impact sound is caused by walking on floors and stairways, for example. The elastic bi-Trapez Bearing® can be used as an effective impact sound insulation measure to mitigate such noise emissions. This vibration isolation system for ceilings, floors and stair structures not only provides effective impact sound insulation, but also a pleasant living and working environment. The bi-Trapez Bearing® is made of a high-grade EPDM material and does not absorb any water. The bearing is loadable depending on format up to a mean compressive stress of 17.4 N/mm² and available in different thicknesses.
