Construction project Günz-Donaupark

A large residential quarter has been under construction in Günz-Donaupark since autumn 2023. In the first construction phase is the focus on two construction sites directly north of the railway tracks.

On-site measurements determined that the emissions of vibrations and structure-borne sound waves from rail traffic were above the limit values and that protective measures should therefore be taken for the buildings. The choice was made in favour of elastic support with Calenberg products.
This elastic support is dimensioned as follows: 6 types from the Calenberg Cisador series are installed under the floor slab according to load distribution. Cisador is also used on the basement walls. The limit values can be adhered, and the requirements of the elastic decoupling were entirely fulfilled.
