PORSCHE CLASSICS

WORK WITHOUT NOISE POLLUTION

THE PROJECT AND ITS REQUIREMENTS

Porsche Classics has set itself the goal of offering the best possible service for classic cars from the Porsche family. Individual teams specialising in model series and their associated components work at workshop islands with high-tech equipment. PSFA has taken on the task of acoustically decoupling three of the workshop islands from one another without impairing function and access.

THE PRODUCT ADVANTAGES

PFSA‘s Sylvio Soares took into account the customer‘s needs during the planning and execution. The Cisilent Type E curtain system provides the option of combining the function of the enclosure with optimum noise insulation. This enables the specialists to concentrate fully on the demanding work on the classic vehicles in a pleasant working environment.

THE SOLUTION

Multi-lane rail systems serve as a support structure for Cisilent Type E, on which Cisilent elements are suspended and can be slid in opposite directions to each other.
When closed, Cisilent offers optimum noise insulation for employees outside the workshop islands. Due to its enormous absorption capability, Cisilent reduces the noise pollution for the employees in the noise protection cabin, as sound energy is absorbed by the walls of the enclosure. Windows in individual Cisilent elements visually open the noise protection enclosure. Cisilent units can be parked next to each other on the multi-lane rails, allowing the enclosure to be opened to the maximum.
