🏙️This imposing, modern, multi-storey complex, covering an area of around 24,000 square metres, comprises two buildings with curved façades and protruding balconies. These two impressive buildings are linked by a footbridge with an intricate structure and delicate curves. The energy-efficient business centre features modern office and commercial spaces, as well as public areas.

💡Our partner, Delta Nova, has developed a durable technical solution using Calenberg elastomer bearings for structural component bearing.

⚒️The Calenberg Type Z perforated bearings were installed beneath the load-bearing structure of the connecting bridge between the two buildings. The steel-reinforced, building-authority-approved elastomer bearings transfer the heavy loads centrally into the substructure whilst reliably accommodating the distortions caused by deflection and component tolerances.
