📌 Visiting Poland

💼 In January 2026, Calenberg attended the "Politechnika" universities in Wrocław and Warsaw.

Calenberg employee Nikolas Jüngel gave lectures on the topic of static elastomeric bearings to university staff from the departments of static and dynamic mechanical calculations as well as to interested 🎓students in WrocĹ‚aw. Following this, 🗣️Mateusz Laska from CODIN, developer of the support tool CISTA, provided a detailed explanation of the functionality and features of the CISTA software tool for bearing design. The invitation was extended by DSC, PhD, Eng., Assoc. Prof. Monika Podwórna, Vice-Dean for Cooperation and Development and Head of Department of Structural Mechanics and Urban Engineering, which we were very pleased to accept.

🗓️ One day later, Nikolas Jüngel gave a guest lecture to civil engineering students in Warsaw. đź’ˇThe students, from courses taught by Professors Kostya Protchenko and Aleksander NicaĹ‚, learned about static elastomeric bearings, vibration isolation in railway infrastructure, and thermal separation in steel construction.

👏In this context, we would like to sincerely thank all participants for the strong response as well as the organizers for the smooth running of the event and their support.
