Effectively reduce impact sound levels?

This works with the impact sound insulation from Calenberg bi-Trapez Bearing.

The profiled and water-repellent elastomeric bearing made of high-quality EPDM material can be used as impact sound insulation in a variety of indoor and outdoor applications. In addition to different bearing thicknesses and widths, a compressive stress range of σ = 0.1 N/mm2 to 0.7 N/mm2 is covered.
Tests in accordance with DIN 7396 show a reduction in impact sound level of up to 25 dB, depending on the bearing thickness and load. This means that many requirements for the impact sound insulation of stairs can be met and, thanks to the simple design of the bi-Trapez Bearing, can be fulfilled. This is confirmed by decades of use by our satisfied customers.
