CIPROTEC - NEW PRODUCT LINE FOR BALLASTED TRACKS

Our new product line Ciprotec has been designed for rail tracks to reduce the transmission of vibrations and structure-borne noise caused by rail bound traffic.

The product is made of PU-bound rubber granulate and is primarily used on ballasted tracks on bridges and in tunnels to prevent ballast wear or protect waterproofing or coating layers in the interface between ballast and concrete or steel.

The top features of our new product series in brief: Durable, cost-effective overall system, easy maintenance, environment-friendly, long service life and reduction of stress to structures.

Ciprotec can be provided with non-woven fabric or geotextile on top and supplied in different thicknesses or rigidities where required.
